When should I consider seeking help, knowing that sinusitis can heal on its own? If not, what more can I do to help the healing process?

My symptoms point to sinusitis; thick green secretions + pain above and below the eye and on the teeth on the right side, for 11 days. I do sinus rinse 4 times a day. I start to have nosebleeds, sore throat which intensifies and there is no improvement since. My general condition remains good despite the pain which I treat with Advil. I also have a cortisone spray prescribed by ENT, but that doesn't seem to improve the situation either.
