Hello Sir!"
There are several :). First, what medication are you taking? Second, are your problems with sexual desire or more like difficulty keeping an erection:

my md prescribed me at first cipralex 10 and 20 later and we changed to effexor in increasing dose since 3 drs but the side effects are still present at the level of erection maintenance but the desire is still present.
thank you for your quick response!

Thank you for this information.
We'll need to give venlafaxine time to take effect before we can judge whether this new medication affects your abilities less than Cipralex™. If not, be aware that other antidepressants have a lower side effect profile in this area. Bupropion comes to mind, among others.
So let's wait another 1-2 weeks before we judge.

thank you for your reply
I have already been taking wellbutrin 300 for 3 weeks no change in erectile function
my pharmacist is thinking maybe abilify in addition. your opinion?
is cialis a good option?

Are you taking both venlafaxine and Wellbutrin™?
If so, we won't be able to prescribe Abilify™ in addition. One will have to stop one (Wellbutrin™) to add the Abilify™.
Cialis™ works rather rarely in a situation like this, but it could be tried if the other options here detailed don't work.
Good day's end,
