Hello, my 4 year old son has a red and yellow swelling on his thumb and it's been hard and hot for 2 days after complaining of pain.

Thank you for the feedback. Given the appearance of the lesion and the symptoms reported, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. This is unfortunately beyond what can be addressed in a pharmacy.
