Can I take Synthroid at night?

Hello, I am taking synthroid 0.05mg. My doctor told me to take it in the morning about an hour before eating. But I started a new job and I start at 6:00 am. Can this prevent me from sleeping well? Thank you in advance for your answer.

You can take it when you want, when it is easiest for you according to your daily life. The important thing is to keep the same habit (time of intake, while eating or not). The dose will be adjusted according to your needs and your condition.
