Hello,
Lovenox is injected subcutaneously, which means that the product is injected into the first layers of the skin only. Afterwards, the liquid diffuses to our vessels and enters our bloodstream. Thus, the injection itself never touches our vessels. It can sometimes happen that a superficial vein is caught on the surface, which can cause bleeding. However, this is often not a dangerous problem. Lovenox is safe in pregnancy.
