How do you treat a wasp sting that looks infected?

I got stung by a wasp yesterday afternoon on my forearm and since then it's been swollen, very hot and hard. I went to the pharmacy and they told me that it was infected

Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Would it be possible to know what the symptoms are right now?
What did they tell you at the pharmacy after you mentioned infection?
Are you able to upload some well lit images of the lesion?
Thanks

Thank you for your answer! In fact he told me to go and see a doctor because it swells and around the sting it's hard and hot and it's painful but it's ok

The first circle is the one the pharmacist made and the second one just now when I went back

Thank you for the feedback and information!
Considering the increase in swelling and redness, I agree with the pharmacist. A swelling that increases with such a magnitude is beyond what can be addressed without a medical evaluation. A doctor should be consulted so as not to delay the proper treatment.
In the meantime, applying ice for 15 minutes at a time can help reduce the signs of inflammation.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful at this time
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist

Thank you! I don't have a doctor in Montreal, I'm coming from France, do you know how to get an appointment? And how long do I have to see a doctor because on Monday I think a lot of doctors will be closed because of the labor day
