I am pregnant and have a sore throat, what can I take?

Hello, I have a sore throat (like laryngitis). I usually treat it with Advil and it works well. As I am 27 weeks pregnant I use Tylenol and honey, but the pain is persistent and intolerable... How long can I take Tylenol every 4 hours. It's already been 72 hours.

You can continue with this medication, and add lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend, which can provide local relief from throat irritation. Also, I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer. If it persists for more than 7 days or gets worse, you should see a doctor as a precaution.
