We have a lot of recurrent sinusitis, would it be possible to have a prescription for each one?

The basis of treatment will be nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Cleansing nasal secretions can reduce the backward flow of nasal secretions, which often causes congestion, discharge and coughing.

Acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) is still the best treatment for sinus pain. Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin and other brands, if you or your child have no contraindications to taking it, your pharmacist can confirm this) can also help with pain.

If you have a lot of clear secretions and sneezing is frequent, I suggest consulting your pharmacist to assess the suitability of a product for allergies.
