I have sinusitis. My doctor says to use the sinus rinse to help. How many times a day should I do this?

Hello,
Generally we suggest the Sinus rinse (in each nostril) twice a day, morning and evening. We recommend that you use cooled boiled water, and since it is saline water, it is possible that this may cause you to have a dry nose. If this is the case, feel free to use Secaris or Rhinaris nasal gel, or apply a little Vaseline (petroleum jelly) with a cotton swab.
For sinusitis, watch for purulent (green) colored secretions, fever above 38C, and/or forehead or teeth pain. These symptoms would require you to see your doctor again.
Hopefully this will help, thank you and have a nice day!
