Can I do the Sinus Rinse if my daughter has had episodes of nosebleeds in the past?

My daughter has the beginnings of a dry nose and had episodes of severe nosebleeds last year. The ENT doctor prescribed a nose spray and a moisturizing gel.

Yes you can, but you will have to suspend if there is any bleeding that occurs.
