I had a sinus rinse and since then I have had ear pain, I also have water running out is this a sign of an ear infection?

Discharge from the ear due to Sinus Rinse can occur without necessarily indicating a problem.

The important thing is that the pain and discharge remain temporary.

I suggest that if you wish to continue with Sinus Rinse, to mix the whole mixture but use only the half bottle, and to use only light pressure for irrigation.
