Is it a sign of pregnancy even if the tests are negative, is it a sign of menstruation or is it something else?

Hello, I am 16 days late with my period. I test negative. I have small cramps here and there since 1 week and I had a little spotting 2 days ago but nothing after. I stopped the pill about 7 weeks ago.

Hello, ma'am,

If your tests were negative, it is unlikely that you are pregnant.

It may take 3 to 6 months for a regular menstrual cycle to return after stopping the contraception.
