I had spotting after my period, is this normal?

Hello, I had my period on October 20th (one week early) and it was painful and abundant with small clots...normally it lasts max 7 days but here it lasted 10 days...then Sunday nothing. Monday afternoon, there was red blood but just by wiping me and it lasted 3 hours and nothing more and even after a sexual relation, nothing. Yesterday evening same thing when I wipe myself but this time more brownish color and it is still present this morning. I take micronor since June 2021, wellbutrin and folic acid since one month. At the beginning with micronor I had very irregular periods and spotting but now it's been more than a year...

Hello Ma'am,
You mention having spotting for the past year, does it always present this way, very close to the bleeding period?
Do you take Micronor nonstop, at the same time every day? Do you have episodes of diarrhea or any other symptoms?

No it must have been months since I had spotting like this...any other symptoms? Uhnm...Before my period I had really sore breasts and very swollen...more than usual and the day before it started, huge stomach ache, big pressure in my lower stomach and nausea...more frequent urge to urinate and bloat. Since then I still feel bloated and I am more constipated and the frequent urge to urinate has remained...but my breasts are no longer sensitive. Monday after I noticed the bleeding, I had a pressure in my lower abdomen like a period but no period, just a little bleeding...barely enough to put on protection.
I take micronor every day but I admit the time can vary from 2 hours maximum but not often.

Thank you for the information!
Taking Micronor a little out of sync and forgetting can cause bleeding or spotting, and when this happens it can take up to 3-6 months (in the worst cases) to resolve.
If you are prone to forgetfulness, I suggest associating taking Micronor with a routine (e.g., next to the bed) or setting an alarm on your phone.
Otherwise, if your other symptoms, such as the frequent urge to urinate, are gone, there is no need to worry.

I'll keep an eye out to see if it develops. Thank you so much!

It would be my pleasure, please don't hesitate if there is anything!
