Can I take sertraline in the morning during lunch instead of at night? How do I make the change?

I have been taking sertraline for 2 1/2 weeks. I'm at 75 mg (I've been increasing by 25 mg each week, I'm taking it for anxiety disorders). My doctor told me to take my medication at night during dinner, but it's hard for me to take it at dinner because I tend to forget. I would like to start taking it in the morning, during my breakfast, because I already take a multivitamin in the morning and I am used to taking my medication in the morning. I am in the process of weaning myself off of Paxil at the same time. I'm at 20 mg (I was on 50 mg), in a week I'll be down to 10 mg. Tonight, can I skip my 75 mg and take my sertraline dose tomorrow morning? At the same time as my multivitamin and Paxil?

Hello, ma'am,
Yes, you can change the timing of your medication if it makes it easier to take. However, keep in mind that it may cause drowsiness in some people. Secondly, do not skip the dose tonight.
I hope I have been helpful to you and I am available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,

If I want to take the medication in the morning, how do I do it? I take 3 capsules of 25 mg, at supper time.

You simply change the time of the intake in the morning, that is to say the 3 capsules of 25mg at breakfast.
