I have a lot of secretions, coughing and congestion, what should I do?

My spouse contracted COVID 19 about 7-8 days ago. I started to get sick 6 days ago, but did not test positive for COVID. Nevertheless, considering my condition, my doctors prescribed me paxlovid which I finished. However, since then, I keep a lot of yellow/green secretions coming from my nose. I have a productive cough with pale yellow secretion. I feel like my head is under water. I am constantly dizzy. I have discomfort in both ears without saying that I am in pain. No fever. I have zitromax on file for emergency treatment. Sinus rinseb3x/day with nasonex The nasal hygiene and the nasonex relieves on the spot, but does not last i am worse since 36h approximately. This morning I lay down because of the dizziness. I feel like I have water in my ears, like the pool.

Good morning, ma'am, Zithromax is not indicated for sinus symptoms, it is unlikely to help, especially since your secretions are not purulent. Since the onset of your symptoms, have they worsened, improved or remained constant? Has nasal hygiene and Nasonex helped reduce your symptoms? Thanks for the feedback! I believe that using a decongestant nasal spray such as Dristan or Drixoral may help relieve these symptoms.
