Would it be effective to take bentylol to calm my abdominal cramps following the ingestion of dairy products?

Hello, I have been lactose intolerant for a long time. Today I spoiled myself by ingesting a lot of dairy products, but tonight I regret it 😅 if I take bentylol will it decrease my stomach aches? Thanks!

Hello,

Yes, Bentylol could be used to reduce your cramps.

However, even if it is a little late, I would tend to take Lactaid which contains lactase enzymes, which will allow you to digest part of the ingested lactose. This is the most important product to have with you when you are lactose intolerant.
