Could it be due to the very hot water? Would she have circulation problems at such a young age?

Hi, I went to the pool this morning with my 4 1/2 month old daughter. While changing her diaper before afternoon sleep, I noticed some mini bruises (3-4 millimeters maximum) on her lower legs up to her knees. It doesn't seem to hurt. She is not taking any medication and is in great shape. You should know that the water in the pool is very hot.

Hello ma'am, could you upload some well-lit images?
Was there any scraping?

There was no scraping. These pictures were taken this morning. It's already not as bad as yesterday. Yesterday it really looked like little bruises and there were more.

Thanks for the feedback! In the absence of other symptoms, the basis of treatment will be moisturizing the skin and other non-pharmacological measures:
A fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Cutibase, Base Glaxal, Cerave and others should be applied as often as needed. The cream should be applied often, there is no maximum number of times during the day,
Avoid scented soaps, and after the bath, avoid rubbing the skin vigorously: instead, lightly tap the skin to leave a thin layer of moisture, then apply the moisturizer within 5 minutes after getting out of the bath.
I invite you to try this for 10 days. If these measures are insufficient, you should consult a physician for a thorough evaluation of your needs.
I hope this has been helpful to you and I am available if you have any further questions!
