I have a lumpy feeling in my throat that makes me swallow my saliva every 30 seconds. Could this be throat cancer?

Hello Ma'am,
In my experience, this is felt in people who are anxious. And the more anxious you are because of the difficulty in swallowing, the more often you realize that you have to swallow, the more you find that you have a lump in your throat, the more difficulty you have in swallowing...you see how it all progresses 😊.
One thing for sure, if you want to get your facts straight, you can see a doctor who will do a physical exam and look at your throat. But know that at your age, throat cancers are almost non-existent.
Happy day,
