How do I stop my bupropion?

I have been taking bupropion 150mg for 8 months and I want to stop it. Can I stop it by spacing out the last 5 tablets by skipping one day then two then three and finally four days? I feel that I am doing much better. I have changed jobs (less stressful) I walk every day and I watch my diet.
