My daughter takes Concerta and complains of headaches?

My 10 year old daughter has been taking concerta 18 mg for 2-3 weeks. She has been known to have migraines and most end up in the hospital. She is starting puberty. Since this week she is full of headaches and for the last 2 days she has been vomiting 1x a day and continues to eat which is the opposite of gastro

Indeed, the product monograph for Concerta mentions that it can cause headaches and nausea. These possible side effects are temporary, however, and if they persist for 2-3 weeks, it would be appropriate to re-evaluate the place of Concerta.
Have the headaches been there every day since Concerta was started?

No they are intermittent. She doesn't know how to replaint since this weekend.

The best solution for a headache would be acetaminophen (Tylenol or other brands) which is compatible with Concerta (unless your child has another type of prescription for it). If the situation persists, I suggest talking to your child's doctor.
