For the past week and a half, my left ear has been blocked due to the flu. What can I do? I have no pain and I have done sinus rinses.

Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Is your ear completely blocked?
Are you currently taking any other medications? Have you tried anything other than Sinus Rinse?
Are you pregnant or trying to get pregnant or are you breastfeeding? Do you have any allergies or intolerances?

I take Citalopram and Nadolol.
i am not pregnant or breastfeeding.

Thank you for the information.
If the ear is completely blocked, Sinus Rinse should be avoided. I suggest a nasal decongestant like Drixoral or Dristan that can be used for 3 to 5 days max to help unclog. Your pharmacist will be able to recommend a product depending on the inventory and your preferences and will be able to verify that the product is safe for you
product is safe for you.
If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a physician as a precaution.
I remain available if you have any other questions!
