My breasts have been swollen and sore since I took my Yaz birth control pill continuously. Should I be concerned? What should I do?

Hello,
Have the symptoms started since you started birth control or only since you have been taking it continuously? Are you able to rule out pregnancy?
Generally, breast pain tends to decrease after a few cycles. However, if the pain is persistent you may want to contact your pharmacist or doctor about getting a contraceptive with a lower estrogen level. Breast pain would actually be less common with lower dose estrogen.
I hope I have answered your question.

I have been taking this contraception for 10 years, The symptoms usually appear at the end of the cycle and stop once I have had my period...but this time having taken a second box continuously, without menstruating, the pain continues! Is this normal? ( I never take the pill continuously usually, but my doctor suggested it to reduce my stomach pain)

Yes, it can do that for the first 2-6 months after starting continuous intake.
But it will eventually pass, don't worry.
Good evening :)
