Is it safe to take Ativan while pregnant, if necessary during anxiety attacks?

Hello, I have consulted different doctors and the answers differ, I am lost. I am 18 weeks pregnant, and I take Ativan, 1x1mg, as needed... I was told when I got the prescription that there was no problem taking them while pregnant, and another doctor told me to avoid them unless it was very necessary. I've taken them about 4 times since the beginning of my pregnancy when I was very anxious

Hello madam, it is indeed better to avoid this product especially on a regular basis but it can be used if your condition requires it. Basic pregnancy monitoring is usually sufficient.
