Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
You mention that your baby is drinking less since the dose increase, but was the dose of Nexium increased because he was still showing symptoms?
This could partly explain the decreased appetite. I am reassured that you mention that he is still drinking, even if it is a little less than usual. We can suggest monitoring his condition, as long as he is eating well and not losing weight, no need to worry.
I hope I've been helpful, I'm still available if there's anything

Hello, indeed, his symptoms had started again and the pediatrician took the decision to increase the dose, since then, he is drinking, but less his condition seems good! He received his 4 month vaccines at the same time as the increase so I thought his vaccines could be responsible, but after 7 days I was wondering!
thank you so much!

Thanks for the feedback! Children can remain irritable longer than older children after an episode of illness or vaccination. However, as long as you notice that he is in good general condition and that he is still eating and drinking, there is no need to worry.
I will remain available if you have any other questions!
