My son swims a few times and each time he gets a rash on his scrotum. Is there a cream that can be applied?

Hello,

Yes, of course! This is the zinc cream that is used on babies' bottoms. This cream resists the rubbing of the bathing suit and does not go in the water. Apply it before swimming and every hour afterwards if swimming continues as it has in the heat of the day.
