is it scarlet fever? after 9 days of antibiotics? do I need another antibiotic or do I continue?

Hello, my daughter had a sore and red throat on Tuesday December 13. We went to the pharmacy with a nurse on the spot and did a strep A test which turned out to be positive. So since Tuesday the 13th Pro amox antibiotic 2 x a day for 10 days. Yesterday (day 9 of antibiotics) she had a very mild fever 38.1 and then red itchy spots appeared on her upper thighs and then all over her body (not on her face). Is this scarlet fever? after 9 days of antibiotics?
