Do you know what could be causing this bleeding? An appointment with my family doctor is made to check the situation.

Hello, this situation is not new, but has become recurrent again this week. I take my oral contraceptive continuously and I started to have bleeding (red, which lasts only the time of my training) out of my menstruation and this just to the physical effort. The rest of the day nothing at all, but as soon as I train the bleeding starts.

Good morning, ma'am,
What contraceptive are you taking, and at what time of day?
How long have you noticed this? Is it with every workout or does it depend on the intensity?

Hello, I take mirvala at 10pm every day!
The bleeding started again this Sunday (January 22) and appeared again on Monday and yesterday during my workouts! All three days the training sessions were of different intensity.

Thank you for the feedback.
Spotting or light bleeding can occur even if you are taking Mirvala continuously. This does not indicate a problem as long as the bleeding is light and temporary. If this is not the case, I suggest that you consult a physician as a precaution.
I will remain available if there is anything!
