I can't tolerate my antibiotic, can I suspend it for 2 days without problems?

I'm taking flagyl, I'm on my 3rd day. It makes me feel really bad, I have headaches, nausea and I'm super tired. I have a friend's party tomorrow, would it be the end of the world if I skip a day and start again in 2 days? In order to finish my treatment one day later?
