I have blood when I urinate on the paper, no pain, I wanted to know if this is serious?

Hello, I am taking the pill alysena 28. I have one more to take tomorrow and then fall off in my week this Friday, 6 Jan. I have always been regular. Today I peed and on paper only there was blood. NO pain and no blood in the urine.
