For moms, I usually recommend honey and lemon lozenges (Labonte).

There is no information on the use of cepacol or ricola in pregnant women so I do not recommend it.

I hope this helps a little. If you have a sore throat, I also suggest that you drink lots of water to keep yourself well hydrated.
