I don't know if this has anything to do with the COVID-19. Do you know what I can do to "unclog" it or decrease the pain?

Hello, I caught COVID-19 about 2 days ago. During the 2nd night, my right ear started to hurt like crazy. It is blocked since that night, I can't hear anything in that ear and it's painful.

Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Other than that, do you have any other symptoms such as a runny or stuffy nose?

Hello! So sorry for my delay. So yes I had several symptoms, my nose was more often blocked than running. Now, it's been 1 week since I wrote to you and my ear doesn't hurt anymore but it's still blocked. When I swallow I feel like there is something in the back and it makes a lot of noise. However, my COVID-19 symptoms are all gone
Thank you for your help!

Thanks for the feedback!
What I can suggest is the use of a decongestant nasal spray such as Drixoral or Dristan, 2 sprays in each nostril twice a day for a maximum of 5 days.
About 15 minutes after the administration of the decongestant, I advise you to use the valsalva technique: take a deep breath, then close your nostrils and mouth, and try to exhale afterwards. Swallowing immediately afterwards can help to rebalance the pressure in the sinuses.
If this technique does not work after 3 days, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
Sincerely
