I have flu symptoms and I'm vomiting, what should I do?

I started having flu symptoms on Nov. 6. I had a fever from Monday 7 to Thursday 10 (39.8) I had aches and pains, coughing, congested nose. Since this Saturday, I'm vomiting and I can't keep anything down. My stomach is sensitive. I feel very weak and at the end of my strength.

Hello Ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
The best relief for nausea is Gravol, which is available even in suppositories behind the pharmacy counter if you can't take anything by mouth
For aches and pains, acetaminophen (oral or suppository) is still the best option
For congestion, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It's a little uncomfortable, but it works like a charm!
Be sure to stay hydrated, if possible, with 1 sip of fluid every 3 to 5 minutes (don't drink too quickly as this can also trigger nausea).
If the fever persists for 72 hours, you should absolutely consult a doctor. The same applies if you are completely unable to eat for 24 hours.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any other questions!
