Good morning, ma'am,
Although the situation may seem unpleasant, it does not necessarily indicate a problem. Spotting or bleeding can occur following an episode of stress, fatigue, illness (including diarrhea) or vaccination, or a change in schedule. It may occur as a result of a change in the schedule of taking the birth control pill, and it may not even have a detectable cause. However, in the absence of other symptoms, it is usually temporary and goes away on its own.
I invite you to continue taking your contraceptive, if you are willing to do so.
I hope that I have reassured you and I am available if you have any further questions
