Is the bleeding in my discharge related to the vaginitis or can it be from another source?

Hello, I started a treatment of internal cream for vaginitis, but since then, I see that there is blood in my discharge and every time I wipe myself in the toilet. The blood is really clear and mixed with the cream. I just had a UTI so I took the antibiotics but I think that's what caused me to have vaginitis. Also on the evening of February 14th my birth control patch came off so I put another one on in the morning. I should have changed the original patch on the evening of the 16th technically, but since I put a new one on Wednesday I didn't change it. I got my period in the last week of January. I have had vaginitis before and the symptoms are similar to what I usually have, so I went straight to the drugstore for treatment without having done a test to confirm that it was vaginitis.
