My child has itchy spots on his hand, what should I do?

Hello, my 2 1/2 year old boy started to have small white pimples on the palm of his hand with itching 3 weeks ago. Now these are no longer visible, large blisters have now appeared on the proximal phalanxes with once again a strong itch. In my opinion it seems to be bullous eczema.
