My resting heart rate is normally 90-100 bpm sitting, but currently it is between 120-130 bpm sitting with my flu. What to do?

I have a runny nose, I have a big headache, I have pain in my back and legs and I feel like I have a fever. I wonder what I can do and if this is normal.

Hello Ma'am,
How is your situation progressing since yesterday?
Know that it's normal for your heart rate to go up as your body fights an infection. We'll just be looking to see that your rhythm returns to "normal" soon. :)

I have not been able to sleep for the past 2 days, as my heart is dropping too fast and my fever is not going down at night. However, during the day I manage not to get a severe fever with tylenol at 5am. Also, since today, I have a sore throat. Should I take any other medication to sleep tonight?

Thank you for these details.
Know that you have a much better chance of controlling your fever using Advil™ than you do with Tylenol™ (plus, it will work for longer). For a sore throat, there's nothing better than a spoonful of honey or honey lozenges before bed.
If you're still running a fever on Saturday morning, it would be best to go see a doctor.
Happy evening,
