I am 29 weeks pregnant and I wanted to know if it is true that the heart rate increases during pregnancy? Before pregnancy rate of about 80 and the 90-100 without effort.

Hello, ma'am,
Your heart rate does indeed increase during pregnancy, and can reach 90 beats per minute on average. The upper limit of 100 should not be exceeded persistently, otherwise it is recommended that you talk to your doctor.
I hope I have been helpful to you and I am available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
