Raised redness on a teenager's skin, what could it be?

My 14 year old son has had a slightly raised rash for the past two or three days mainly on his chest, back, buttocks, genital area and upper legs. He has no fever and no known allergies? What could it be? Thank you.

Hello, Unfortunately, the pharmacist cannot make a diagnosis and I would not be able to identify the cause of this phenomenon (especially by email, without having seen the lesions). Although your son is not allergic to anything, it is not impossible that what you describe is related to an allergic phenomenon. There can be many causes in a case like this. I invite you to consult a doctor, the only professional able to make a diagnosis, to show him your son's lesions. Do not hesitate to come and see me again if you have any questions about the medication. I look forward to seeing you, Alexandre

Thank you! Can I send you a picture?

Seeing the lesions would not change the fact that I cannot make a diagnosis. I highly recommend that you see a doctor so that the lesions can be analyzed. Especially if they don't seem to want to go away. Alexandre
