Are there any risks to stopping Diane-35 overnight? And can any of the effects I have listed be related to this pill?

Hello, I have been taking the pill Diane35 since November 2020. It was prescribed to me mainly for its effects against acne. I would like to stop it because I have the impression that it causes me unpleasant symptoms. Since the beginning I feel that my legs are heavy, my legs always hurt at the end of the day and my feet are swollen. I often have big headaches and for the last month it's the second time that I have had a yeast infection... in short I was wondering if there were any risks to stop this medication from one day to the next and if it was absolutely necessary to ask my doctor's advice? Thank you very much and have a nice day!

Hello Ma'am,
The only risk is the fact that you could get pregnant.
If you are not sexually active these days, or if you are using another birth control method, then there is no need to worry.
As for the symptoms described, they are possibly not related to the pill (especially the infections). That said, we will know for sure when, after being off the pill for over 2 months, we see whether or not the symptoms are still present.
