Hello, my copy made me a fellatio with a beginning of cold sore. Do I risk developing genital herpes and what can I do about it?

It is indeed a very contagious surface virus. However, it is impossible to determine if it has been transmitted. If you have any unusual symptoms, I suggest that you consult a physician as a precaution.
