I have recurring colds. What is the best way to improve my immune system?

Hello, I am currently starting a cold. I had one last December that lasted 20 days and 2 more in September one after the other and 1 in August. I try as much as possible to eat healthy meals, so lots of fruits and vegetables. I sleep 8 to 9 hours a night. I even bought D3 tablets, vitamin C, etc. (Jamieson). I also exercise every day by walking and also by working out twice a week. I don't smoke and I only drink water except for my vegetable/fruit smoothies. I also stopped taking the birth control pill due to the number of possible symptoms that could come from this source. In short, I try to take care of my health as much as possible knowing that there are many factors that can make for a better immune system.

Thank you for your question!
There are no products, vitamins or supplements that have been shown to be effective or beneficial for the immune system in adults and children.
Instead, look at non-pharmacological measures: make sure you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, get adequate sleep, and manage stress well if possible, among others. If one of the children or household members is sick, simply maintain basic hygiene measures: avoid hugging, if possible, do not share towels, and wash hands often.
Finally, if you are prone to colds, I strongly suggest, as maintenance and prevention, sinus hygiene with a saline solution like Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse.
This is the best option to prevent the accumulation of secretions. There is no maximum during the day, but it should be done at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if there's anything I can do
