Good evening ma'am,
It is recommended that medication drops not be used more than 30 days after opening, especially when the drops were used to treat an infection.
This is because there is a theoretical risk that the drops now contain a large enough amount of bacteria that instilling them into the ear will cause more harm than good.
So I recommend that you do not use these bottles and instead purchase a new one.
It is my pleasure,

P.S. Also be aware that in your specific situation, it may be best to use an all-antibiotic, considering the fact that using the same antibiotic repeatedly over a few weeks may cause antibiotic resistance in the bacteria that are bothering your son and increase the risk of treatment failure.
