16 month old baby. Under atb for 5 days for otitis media. New fever today + dry cough. Covid negative.
Should I go back to see a doctor because of the new fever under atb?

It is quite possible that your child has been infected with a virus (such as a cold) that will not be affected by the antibiotic
For now, continue the antibiotic as planned and monitor his condition. If the fever persists for 24 hours or his condition deteriorates, you will need to consult again, just to be safe.
