My period is 7 days late, what should I do?

Hello,
I am supposed to have my period back since 7 days now and still no signs of bleeding. I did a pregnancy test 4 days late and another one this morning at 7 days, all negative.
How long do I have to wait before my period returns and should I go see my family doctor?

Are you taking any type of contraception?
Was there a possible cause in the last month such as an episode of fatigue, stress, illness (or vaccination), change of schedule or other?

no factors that could change my cycle.
i do not take any contraception either

I suggest, if possible and if there is a possibility of pregnancy (i.e. you have had full unprotected sex since your last period), to do a pregnancy test every 3 days or until your period occurs. If you are overdue by one month, I suggest that you see a doctor as a precaution.
