I'm wearing an IUD and I've started bleeding again?

I had an IUD inserted. I bled for 2 days and then nothing. I have an 8 week old baby. My oldest of 2 years is still breastfeeding and I had my second pregnancy at 16 months...which resulted in my second pregnancy. Today, 10 days after the insertion, I start bleeding a lot. I am breastfeeding 2 babies full time.

Bleeding with the IUD is possible, especially shortly after its insertion. Is it a copper or hormonal IUD that you have?
