Hi, I unfortunately had a miscarriage (terminated pregnancy) at 12 weeks (baby died at 9 SA). The doctor recommended waiting one cycle before trying again and continuing my prenatal vitamins. I had a curettage. Why do I have to wait at least one cycle? Is it because there are more risks or can I carry a pregnancy to term without any problems if I have a non-return pregnancy? Thank you!
