Hello I have a flu B and I started to have trouble breathing and chest pain I went to the hospital and I have vpm at 11.1 slightly elevated and d dimeres at 532 the rest is normal apart from leukocytes and some other stuff slightly low, so I had a CT scan which said that: good opacification of the pulmonary arteries >250UH in the ap train, no pulmonary artifacts, no pulmonary arterial endoluminal defection to sub segmental, no dilatation of the right cavities, and likewise everything else is negative ) ), so no pulmonary embolism but if nothing is worrying what raises these 2 results?

Good morning, ma'am,
Unfortunately, it is impossible to determine the meaning of these values without the full context, i.e. a medical evaluation. It is important, if you want to know more, to ask the professional who requested these laboratory values. This is the only way to get the correct information.
