Should this result and the wait for the 2nd opinion make me wait to get pregnant?

Hello! In mid-August 2022, I went to my doctor to show him some moles that I found suspicious. Only one caught her attention and it was removed. She said she wasn't worried and was removing it more for prevention. The analysis revealed a compound nevus with mild dysplasia. The mole in question was also sent to a specialized center for a 2nd opinion. I've been waiting for this 2nd result for over a month now. I am really afraid of having a melanoma.
