I have another episode of labyrinthitis after the one in April, what should I do?

In April I had labyrinthitis, in May I had shingles and in June the labyrinthitis came back? What is going on with me? Do I have to stay at home more than 1 week after these incidents?

Hello Madam, I am sorry to read about your troubles!
Unfortunately, the exact causes of labyrinthitis are often unknown or very difficult to establish.
It can be due to certain substances like medication, tobacco or alcohol, an episode of illness, stress, or great fatigue, or an infection, to name a few.
Usually labyrinthitis heals on its own, but taking Gravol can help alleviate the symptoms, along with rest.
If the situation persists or prevents you from carrying out your activities, you should consult a physician in order to benefit from a personalized evaluation of your needs and not delay the right treatment, if necessary.
Wishing you a speedy recovery, I remain available if you have any further questions
