What resources can I turn to for treatment of an ear infection this holiday season?

Hello, My almost three year old boy has a fever, is very irritable and repeatedly points to his right ear while crying. He had an ear infection just two months ago. My husband and I are certain that he has an ear infection. However, it is impossible to make an appointment with our doctor, at the polyclinic or at a nearby clinic with RDVSQ. We would like to avoid the emergency on this December 25th. What resources should we turn to? (We will try to call 811 as well...)
